Bold stripes on delicate ground

To create the ground, a fine polyester monofilament yarn was processed in a pillar stitch and 3-needle inlay construction. The result is an extremely light voile of only 36g/m². The integrated pattern blocks are produced from much thicker and textured yarns which rise up from the delicate ground and thus create a contrast to the fine and shimmering ground.
