The pattern is based on a threading 1 full, 1 empty in GB 4 and GB 5. By working different lapping variations, different hole sizes are achieved in the base. GB 1, GB 2 and GB 3 can create a wide variety of motifs on the ground pattern, such as this graphic pattern, which clearly stands out from the fabric base due to the spun-black material. A fully threaded pillar stitch in GB 1 increases the stability of the fabric. At the same time, the underlappings of the other guide bars are protected in order to improve the abrasion resistance.
