Market-oriented first port of call offering expertise and operative manpower. In addition to its service headquarters in Obertshausen, KARL MAYER also has service centers, service hot-spots and service stations all over the world.

The worldwide distribution of the facilities depends on the markets and on our customers‘ production sites. For example, service stations have been set up in the geographical area around China, from Korea via Vietnam and Indonesia up to Bangladesh, in order to reach our clients  as soon as possible. But you can find KARL MAYER service units in all the other parts of the world.

We have more than 200 service technicians all over the world who undergo continuous expert training. They are the link between our clients and our in-house service specialists. Moreover, our customer service engineers will always be at your disposal for answering any of your questions regarding machine and textile technology issues related to warp knitting.
