Maximum symmetry

Symm-Net adapts the Leavers Endsor Net technology to create the perfect tension conditions, and therefore beautifully symmetrical designs.
Exquisite net structures and durable background structure construction
Symm-Net makes it possible for the jacquard guide bar to operate in a counter lapping mode, which adds more clarity and improved balance to the background. The fabric also becomes more durable.
Easy pattern development
The commonly used patterning softwares SAPO and Procad do not need to be updated for the patterning process. The only thing that has to be adapted is the machine database.

SYMM-NET STANDS FOR EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAR AND WELL-BALANCED LACE

Symm-Net lace is characterised by an extremely delicate yet perfectly symmetric look, achieved with a specific MJ 92/1 B configuration. The new multi-bar jacquard raschel machine is equipped with a split jacquard bar that is threaded separately and can therefore operate not only in equal but also in counter lapping mode. In addition, there are two background guide bars to ensure the symmetrical processing of the elastane.

For Symm-Net's fabric background structure, the jacquard bars produce a non stitch-forming counter lapping motion that is combined with a pillar in GB 1. By comparison, the traditional lace machines feature jacquard bars that operate only in equal-lapping mode.

THE LACE MACHINE FOR MAXIMUM SYMMETRY

Eighty-eight pattern guide bars and two elastane bars, arranged in sixteen shog lines, are available to permit a wide range of product designs. The machine is available in gauge E 24 with a working width of 134", and not only offers a high design flexibility but also first-class productivity. It can also reach speeds of up to 800rpm when manufacturing Symm-Net products.
