MULTI-MATIC® 32 Compact
This machine introduces the new generation of sample warping and ensures an excellent quality of the woven fabrics due to high precise yarn layer. Its main features are the high productivity and interactive creeling support, i.e. a multi-flexible movable creel. Productivity is higher than on other automatic warpers as there is no stopping for leasing and sizing separation. This new machine exceeds in performance as the productivity is more than twice in the same footprint as GIR-O-MATIC®.

Innovations versus previous systems
MULTI-MATIC® 32 Compact is an all-in-one package with more than twice the productivity in the same footprint as GIR-O-MATIC®.
The fully automatic warp sampling machine has a flexibility in patterning as well as the possibility to produce short and medium-length production warps. Short and medium length warps with large patterns do not require dividing / re-winding of packages. Minimum set-up times are possible due to pattern repeat input during the production via CAD system and Office PC.
EFFICIENCY DUE TO AUTOMATION
The state-of-the-art drive control technology, the fully automated controlled leasing/sizing separation and automated color change with proven precise yarn laying at production speed (800 m/min) is meeting the textile manufacturers’ highest demands. Operating cost savings for warps when only limited number of packages are available, i.e., high number of sections can be produced cost efficient due to fully automatic warping.
