KARL MAYER can supply different machine technologies for producing unidirectional fibre tapes for use in lightweight construction applications.

You can choose from different spreading technologies, depending on the types of materials. These fibre spreading lines can be used to produce fibre tapes from continuous filament yarns, such as carbon, glass and aramid. The tapes can be produced in widths of up 800 mm. Modular machine technology enables additional bonding agents to be incorporated, such as adhesive grids, powders and films.
