Parallel creels
Our portfolio includes four different creel types to fulfil all various requirements in the weaving division. We have the standard creel, the magazine creel, the swivel-frame creel and the carriage creel. Our wide-ranging creels can be equipped with a large number of different yarn guiding elements (porcelain eyelets / ceramic eyelets) and yarn tensioner types.
GH-F Standard creel

The GH-F creel is rigidly and fixed mounted on the floor.
Application: for filament and staple fibre yarns
GH-D swivel-frame creel

The GH-D swivel-frame creel enables to shorten the set-up time thanks to movable gates which can be turned around and re-loaded while the other side is unwound.
Application: for filament, staple fibre and technical yarns
GH-M Magazine creel

The GH-M magazine creel holds two packages per position with the capability to transfer. This is very beneficial for large batches and ensures minimum yarn waste.
Application: for staple fibre yarns, filament and technical yarns
GH-W carriage creel

The GH-W carriage creel offers the possibility to load individual carriages outside the creel while at the same time the full carriages are drawn-off in the creel.
Application: for filament, technical and staple fibre yarns
Yarn tensioners
Our yarn tensioners ensure a constant yarn tension over the entire length and width of the warp, just from the first to the last meter. Our yarn tensioners offer a gentle yarn treatment and can with-stand high loads of fast-running yarns, partly also of aggressive yarns. Textiles intended for special applications require highest efficiency and best quality already when producing the warps. By offering individual solutions, our machines ensure constant and high tensile forces, even when processing high-strength technical materials. Yarn breakages are eliminated in a most reliable and easy way by the self-activation of the yarn stop motion and by the clear signalling of the place of yarn breakage.
