Prompt, easy-going service thanks to online tools. Increasing efficiency by providing a service via smartphone and tablets.

The KARL MAYER CONNECT app has been developed to provide faultless, efficient communication between the customer and his service organization.

The KARL MAYER CONNECT app offers the following features to our clients:

  • Sending off a service request to KARL MAYER
  • Transmission of important machine information for explaining the problem
  • Sending of photos and comments to give more details of the service request.

In combination with KAMCOS® 2, the machines and mobile devices can be linked into the customer‘s network via the WLAN; the machine data and the relevant machine documentations are also available for checking whilst on the move.

This online service complements the already existing Teleservice system, which links the in-house service specialists at KARL MAYER to the machine control system in a direct and secure way. Thus, you can rely on a prompt remedy in case of service being necessary.
