Upholstery fabric with interesting surface

This geometric pattern with alternating stripes and checks was produced on a 4-bar tricot machine with a special threading and long pattern repeat. The EL patterning allows a lot of different patterns with the same yarn feeding. A FDY 50 dtex was used for the ground and a PES DTY microfilament 83 dtex f 144 for the soft surface, giving the stable ground fabric a soft and pleasant feel. Underlappings of different lengths create a relief-like appearance.
