Stripes with open-worked parts

These stripes are the result of a multicoloured warp which had been warped on the DS Opto machine. The threading of the two multicoloured beams produces unconnected lengthwise stripes. By means of another yarn system these lengthwise stripes are connected, forming a zigzag pattern. This also produces another pattern effect on the stripes.
