Raschelfabric with Power-Stretching and 4-way-Stretch

This raschel fabric is made up of a 6-bar super-elastic mesh structure and is an perfect complement to the shapewear sector. The lightly transparent mesh fabric offers excellent power-stretch in both the warp and weft directions which it achieves mainly through the two-needle-overlap of the elastane (den 40) in GB3 and GB4. An additional elastane (den 210) runs in the Inlay lap for additional reinforcement in GB5 and GB6. The base structure of the fabric is made up of a meshed polyamide (den 40f12) in GB1 and GB2.
