Pastel-coloured band with polychromatic edging

This elastic band shows a fabric surface with monochrome patterning which is produced by varying the hole sizes and by cleverly using the subdued pattern yarns. A symmetrically arranged floral edging can be found on both sides of the ribbon. A highlight of the edging is the luster of the applied grey pattern yarn, which is shaded by pre-dyed red and blue yarns. A picot edge gives the bottom part of the border a noble look.
