High-bar JACQUARDTRONIC® - Lace with fine cotton yarn

This elastomeric lace galloon, used typically in the lingerie sector for bras, was created on Karl Mayer’s new high-bar JACQUARDTRONIC® MJ92/1F machine. The pattern threads used were a mix of nylon, Lurex® and super-combed, ring-spun cotton yarn (Nm 2/200) which allow an interesting two-colour effect and a mix of lustres. The ground construction is made using the counter-lapped Symm-Net technique with the two half-set elastane bars at the back mirroring the symmetry of the Jacquard.
