This interesting check was made on a 4-bar tricot machine with a special threading and long pattern repeat. The EL-patterning allows a lot of different patterns with the same thread draw-in. A FDY 50 dtex was used for the ground and a PES DTY microfilament 83 dtex f 144 for the soft, slightly raised check pattern, giving the sturdy ground fabric a soft and pleasant feel. The fabric is 100% PES and can be recycled.
