2. Study of warp knitted fabric constructions
- Description of warp knitted structure
- Basic warp knitted constructions
- Analysis stitch constructions of basic samples
- Draw lapping diagram and write down chain notations
3. Textile calculations
- Different yarn counts
- Fabric density & weight
- Calculation of yarn run-in values
4. Practical works on training machines
- Working with pattern discs
- Use Core lite to edit chain links
- Knitting the samples from the training pattern
- Design new patterns and knit on the machine
- Machine operation and handling
