WKA-J: Analysis of Jacquard fabrics (1 week course)

- General information about Karl Mayer RSJ machines
- Introduction of the jacquard lapping principle
- Jacquard fabric design with ground bar
- Jacquard fabric design without ground bar
- The fabric panel separation technology
- Introduction to Procad software, for lappings design and saving of all the pattern data
WKA-D: Analysis of double needle bar fabrics (1 week course)
Training topics:
- General information on Karl Maye double needle bar machines, and fabric application
- Single needle bar lapping drafts, and transfer to double needle bar
- Fabric structures formed at front or back needle bars
- Spacer lapping structure and its effect
- Introduction of Procad warpknit software
- Fabric Calculations, e.g. yarn count, yarn run-in, fabric weight, production capacity and efficiency, warping length and warping ends
WKA-RDJ: Analysis of double face fabrics with Jacquards patterns (1 week course)
Training topics:
- Introduction of the jacquard working principle
- Single needle bar Jacquard fabric design and analysis
- General information on machines, based on the Karl Mayer RD machines with jacquards
- Jacquard lapping principle on RDJ machines
- Introduction to Design Scope software, for lappings designs and saving of all the pattern data
- Double needle bar Jacquard fabric design and analysis
WKA-M: Analysis of Lace fabrics (1 week course)

- Guide bars configuration and arrangement
- Introduction of ground lapping structure
- Introduction of the jacquard lapping principle
- Introduction of the multi-bar lapping principle
- The fabric panel separation technology
