High performance
The assembling machines grant high performance with low energy consumption. This is due to the regenerative brakes (option) and the individual beam creel tension control by load cells. The operation is simplified in order to maximize the productivity and enhance the production quality and can be optimized for ultra-fine glass filament yarn (1.3 tex).
Integrated solution
Newly engineered beam creel and pneumatic leasing device (option) combined with KARL MAYER worldwide well-known beaming machines make sure the assembly of the yarn sheets always results in a high-quality loom beam. Together with KARL MAYER FILSIZE single-end sizing machine also difficult production tasks can be mastered.
