HKS 2-M

FLEXIBLE MACHINE TO PRODUCE FABRICS WITH A COARSE GAUGE AND LOWER STITCH DENSITTY

The HKS 2-M is a highly flexible machine designed for producing primarily rigid fabrics with low stitch densities, loose yarn run-ins, and gauges up to E 32.

Its product portfolio includes a wide range of technical and semi-technical textiles such as mattress covers, velour fabrics, nets, sports textiles, shoe fabrics and print bases. Beyond technical applications, the HKS 2-M also delivers open mesh structures, elegant tulles and smooth fabrics for the fashion industry.

    E 28, E 32 for 180"

  • Bars / knitting elements:
    Individual needle bar (synchronously milled),
    tongue bar (synchronously milled),
    sinker bar with knockover adjustment (chromium-plated sinkers),
    2 ground guide bars (GB 1 and GB 2 stitch-forming, shog up to 10 mm).
    All the bars are made of carbon fiber reinforced plastic.
