The dashboard is a web-based solution for visualizing selected data and displaying key figures from KARL MAYER STOLL Tricot machines. As a matter of principle, processed machine data from KARL MAYER STOLL Tricot machines connected to a KARL MAYER k.ey is displayed and evaluated. Access to the dashboard is web-based by logging in to the k.ey.
To keep a transparent overview of your production, the Dashboard offers a general Machine overview & a detailed Machine view:
- Production data of the current order like produced length and number of produced pieces as well as the machine speed
- Production data of the current piece like piece running and remaining time, stops, output
- Active messages that are also displayed on the machine like status messages or error messages
- Current machine status shows if an action is needed or not
- Beam Status with run-in values and beam time until the beam will be empty
- Shift information
