WEBSHOP SPARE PARTS – UPDATE: MORE PARTS, MORE FUNCTIONS

In order to further ease the procedure of ordering spare parts for machines supplied from the Business Unit Warp Knitting our WEBSHOP SPARE PARTS now hosts approx. 3,000 spare parts in the catalog, which can be ordered directly. The range of these parts will be further extended step by step in the near future. So please keep coming back to see if the items you are looking for are available in our WEBSHOP.

Included with the extended range of spare parts, we also show the availability and individual delivery time for special spare parts, which are normally not always available from stock. Standard delivery times for these parts are shown in working weeks in the article overview. After the items have been added to the order basket by the “drag-and-drop” or “add to order basket” function the firm and individual delivery date will be displayed before the final checkout step is taken.

In addition to the increased quantity of spare parts, we now also offer the functions “shared basket” and “pre-order printout”. These two new functions have been especially designed to further simplify WEBSHOP purchase procedures for companies using different internal levels of purchase authorizations.

“Shared basket“:

Using this function, company employees with different authorization levels can individually add items to the order basket and then automatically transfer their filled basket to the companies purchasing authority. Without any extra effort the items can then be easily ordered per mouse click. This provides a clear overall picture and helps the company to maintain its own specific control measures.

Furthermore the “Shared Basket” function can by choice also be used to hand over the purchase work of filled order baskets to your regional KARL MAYER representative. The regional representative will then conduct the commercial work on your behalf and assure that all is processed professionally.

”Pre-order printout“:

If required this simple to use function enables you to easily print out your order summary before placing a binding purchase order. This printed document shows all of the relevant order information and enables internal agreements to be reached or any approval required to be granted, even if you haven’t requested a quote from KARL MAYER.

Procedure:

  • Place the required item(s) into the order basket.

To help you keep track of the parts you would like to order, we recommend that you save the basket using an individual name/number of your choice. To proceed with the order at any time, it is then just necessary to retrieve the allocated basket by going through the “main menu – documents” and finding the saved basket name under “saved orders”.

  • Continue with the order process until you reach the summary and then select the “pre-order print function”.

This now makes the WEBSHOP SPARE PARTS even easier and tailored more specifically to your individual requirements. With its simplicity and accessibility, it supports your daily management of spare parts.
