KARL MAYER beaming machines for the production of glass warper beams are characterized by a compact construction and an easy operation.
Three motorically-controlled rollers with rubberized press roller guarantee identical yarn tensile strengths. The fourth roller operates on basis of the variance-comparison system via a pressure cell.
The highly-delicate glass-fibre yarn, with up to 1 000 threads, is fed from the creel via the KARL MAYER Textrol yarn tensioners guaranteeing a gentle yarn treatment.
A graphic operatoring area (Touch-Screen) ensures a clear process control.
